Pat was awesome listening to our wants and needs in picking out a new vehicle. He found exactly what would fit us and our family, a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. We are not the fastest learners when it comes to electronics and computers. Pat did a great job tutoring us on the screen and all the options on our new van. Six days later we took a small trip in our new van. We were able to recall Pat's instructions and had a very nice trip and felt very safe and comfortable in our new Pacifica. We would recommend the new Pacifica and Pat as a salesman to everyone. More

As far as Odaniel's in general is concerned, I have never had a bad experience. In particular, I have found their service department to be superb. Very well managed and customer service oriented. Everything is designed to be straightforward and stream lined except one thing....the office that aligns the Odaniel has one fucus....custmer service. The sales staff was clueless that we had an appointment when we walked in. However, they quickly recovered. The staff asked what we wanted....they did not try to sell us anything we didnt want.
