We have purchased several vehicles from O'Daniel's (beginning with Adam) over the past twenty years, and the customer service we received from John la We have purchased several vehicles from O'Daniel's (beginning with Adam) over the past twenty years, and the customer service we received from John last week is still top notch! We visited other places since we weren't sure what we wanted when we started looking, but we saved the best for last ... John was patient and helped us discover what would suit us best, even though it wasn't on their lot! He found the Cherokee Trailhawk we finally decided on down to the smallest detail. We also worked with Adam and Jeremiah ... the customer service provided there is still unmatched, and we will return when it comes time to replace the Wrangler we bought there sixteen years ago! Sales experience great, financing experience a nightmare. Mark was great to work with. Unfortunately my financing experience was far from satisfactory. The interest rate I ended up with was much higher than expected. I had two follow ups with the finance person as some paperwork was not given me to sign on the day I purchased my vehicle. I discovered the vehicle was leaking oil and took it to a Honda dealer (the vehicle was still under warranty) and it was discovered that the lug nut on the oil pan was not properly tightened from the oil change done at O'Daniel. I was backing out of my garage to go to car dealers on the north side of Fort Wayne when Jeff called--out of the blue. I had been in a accident; and even though it was still operational, my car was considered 'totaled' because of the age and miles on it (I had planned to keep driving my '03 Jeep Liberty forever--or at least several more years). So I was faced with looking for another vehicle. My husband and I had already been to a few dealers in the morning; and when the phone rang, I thought it was one of the salesmen I had talked with earlier. But it was Jeff--following up from several months earlier to see if I was ready to trade my Liberty yet. (I had kind of brushed him off several times in the prior year--because I intended to drive my Liberty several more years.) Well, I obviously wasn't able to trade; but he convinced me to let him try to help me in my search for a replacement vehicle. He worked patiently and cheerfully with me for hours to get me into a vehicle that had most of what I wanted within my budget. Jeff earned his money that day; and I appreciate all he did to make my experience a good one. More

Generally, I would rather visit the dentist than a dealership...especially with credit issues. I literally dreaded the thought of walking into the building that day. However, I was wrong. First & foremost, I was treated like I was just as important as someone who could afford an $80,000 vehicle. Secondly, everyone greeted me with a smile and handshake. Furthermore, the rebates were unbelievable; it was such a blessing to be offered such a deal. Finally, I truly felt like ALL employees involved were genuinely happy for me. I bought my first BRAND NEW JEEP and I couldn't be more pleased. From management- to my dealer- to finance> I cannot thank them enough for the treatment I received. More
I wish all dealers were as upfront as ODaniel I will admit that I am not a dealer's dream client. I don't want into the door, ask for a price, and then proceed to pay that enormous MSRP. Nope... Nope...instead I sent an e-mail to numerous dealers on their current inventory and asked that they give me their best price. I had numbers running all over the board that showed me inconsistency in pricing...and also that dealers will never give you their best price first. Along comes (Everett) John Smith...he had a conversation with me. Asked what I was looking for and what could be done to earn my business. I told him I don't want to play the game...I just want a price. He came back with a price that I found more than fair. Upfront he said this is the best I can do, how does this work? Well, I came up the next morning and signed the papers. My wife and I are very thankful for the quick and ease of the transaction. Andrea in finance was not pushy and fully explained everything we were signing. Probably the fastest transaction I have ever had in a dealership. While John was showing my wife how to work her new vehicle, Craig had come up to me because he had made some calls to try and buy my vehicle we were replacing. He did us a solid by finding another ODaniel dealership willing to give us what we wanted for our vehicle. Perfect. While the sale is complete....the relationship isn't. We will be back again. More
