I would give the sales department 5 stars. The financing department was where we had issues. We felt it was misleading when dealing with the extended warranties. They made us think that the only way to get a better percentage rate was to purchase a warranty not even backed by chysler. We went ahead with purchasing and we're not happy. They did resolve the issue but we were still unhappy with the way they handled the presentation of rates and warranties. More
