I went to a couple different dealerships and just was not happy with the sales people. Mike is such a nice guy, personable, down to earth and trustworthy. He will find you the right car instead of trying t happy with the sales people. Mike is such a nice guy, personable, down to earth and trustworthy. I have been looking for awhile for the right used car and everywhere I had been didn’t have the vehicle I wanted or the sales people drove me away. I didn’t find that to be true at O’Daniel. Mike was the kin everywhere I had been didn’t have the vehicle I wanted or the sales people drove me away. I didn’t find that to be true at O’Daniel. Mike was the kindest and most helpful sales person I have encountered yet. Not pushie but definitely went out of his way to find what I wanted. I purchased a vehicle and it had a couple concerns and Mike got it in right away to see about resolving my issues and O’Dabiel even gave me a loaner car while they resolved my issues. 100% satisfied and 100% would recommend Mike to sell you your next vehicle. I was very stressed and worried about purchasing a used vehicle due to a past bad experience. Michael and the entire O’Daniel staff put me at ease and took all the time to answer all of my questions and ge vehicle due to a past bad experience. Michael and the entire O’Daniel staff put me at ease and took all the time to answer all of my questions and get me into a “new to me” car on the same day. The car passed an independent inspection with flying colors, and the process of purchasing the car went smoothly. It was also neat to find out Michael and I were originally from the same city, and graduated from the same high school. Everyone at the dealership was kind and caring. Highly recommend. More
