Salesman, inexperienced. The salesman was not familiar with his products, seem very confused. We agreed on $38,000, only to discover he was misinformed about the product and The salesman was not familiar with his products, seem very confused. We agreed on $38,000, only to discover he was misinformed about the product and the pricing. After, speaking with the finance manager, met us half way $38,500.00. It is my opinion, once a price is given, we can go down, but not up. I offered $36,000.00, we settle on $38,000.00, he than came back said $39,000.00. I refused to pay $39,000.00, however, after speaking with the finance manager, we settle on $38,500.00. It is my opinion, that they should have honored the first price and accepted the loss, alhtough at $38,000.00 would have still had a good profit. More
