Came in for a front end alignment only, about 1 1/2 hours later got a call that we needed ball joints and was quoted $800 for everything. Ball joints have no indication that they are bad, it appeard that tires were not even removed. We believe that the wear on one tire was the reason he assumed that ball joints need replaced. Service dept. did not do the alignment as requested and we were charged $45 just for the analysis. Good thing we had a coupon for $30 off. We took the vehicle home, removed tires,looked at ball joints and bearings and all seemed to be just fine. We also asked for additional quotes for future work but they did not provide quotes. More

Tony did a great job of working with me to get the price that I was looking for. I was also very impressed that he called me as I was heading back home to Warsaw and said that thgey would deliver it to me t that I was looking for.
