Alex provided excellent customer service, he was polite, patient, and made sure all my husband’s and my questions were answered, either by him or by finding someone who could help. I showed up several times unannounced, and each time, Alex did his best to accommodate me and provide great service. Appear to be a great young-man. My advice is for you to not loose yourself and stay true to what's right. However, I was not pleased with the finance representative. The communication was poor, and I was told things about rates that turned out not to be true, even though my credit score is 839. However she stated she was human and make mistakes too many was made. Lesson learned: Always make sure you understand leasing terms and financial language before letting them run your credit and signing anything — if you don’t, it could cost you. Knowing the terminology and process is key, because not everyone will be fully transparent, and that’s a fact. More

Too bad we can give Alex Homan only 5 stars because he deserves 10. We visited O'Daniel three times over 9 weeks before purchasing and actually looked forward to meeting Alex with each visit. He was knowledgeable about each model in helping us find the right one. He communicated with follow-ups between visits with texts and emails, as requested, without being pushy...just good salesman work. We did homework on all of their competitor products and halfway through, we realized O'Daniel and their Mazda vehicles were superior. I now check out other SUV's around me and say to myself "I'm driving a Mazda, too bad you're driving that". Thanks to the O'Daniel Mazda support team.
