Process was smooth and he was there at every turn to respond to emails and texts quickly and efficiently answering any concerns I might have had along the way. Melissa was easy to work with in the finance department as well and made the whole buying/financing experience enjoyable, even during a pandemic lol. Easy to deal with. Great price on car. Offered fair market price on car. Drove 2 hours away to go to dealership...was worth it if it weren’t for issues. Car came with mechanical issue that my l market price on car. Drove 2 hours away to go to dealership...was worth it if it weren’t for issues. Car came with mechanical issue that my local dealership fixed. Window would roll down and not stay up. (Not ideal when it rains). Also shattered visor mirror I caught 3 weeks after purchase. Take from that what you will but wish checks were done on these cars. Dealership is fixing but putting 240 miles on the car to do it. More
