She was really friendly and delightful to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we looked at and in helping us understand the benefits of Certified Pre-Owned dealership cars. We did not intend to buy a car that day but after finding one we liked, Samantha discussed our trade and walked us thru the numbers and presented the deal and asked for our business. It was a pretty smooth negotiation process and we felt like we got a good deal. The sales mgr was very friendly and the process went pretty quickly. I knew Geoff would give me the straight talk on both the A7 and on the financial aspects of "the deal." I had already done my due diligence with 5 or 6 local dealers while in Southern California and was very disenchanted with the "sales pitch" they all tried to gave me, that varied WIDLEY from dealer to dealer. I was in fact lied to several times by my local dealer. That's when I decided enough was enough and called Geoff. He gave me his honest opinion of the car ( GREAT) and without any haggling whatsoever, quoted me the best price out of all 7 dealers even though it was a custom order for the specific options I wanted. And for me, it wasn't even so much the price, as the integrity of who I was going to buy from. Both Geoff and Melissa Fiandt proved to be professional, no nonsense and as kind as they come.
