Here was the first response they sent, again ridiculous..."Dear Ms. Lopez, We're very sorry to see that you didn't have the best experience at our dealership. Providing a positive experience is our top priority, so we're disappointed to hear that your interactions didn't measure up. We acknowledge the miscommunication on our behalf and want the opportunity to earn your business back. Due to the nationwide inventory shortage, we unfortunately don’t have the exact vehicle you previously reserved. We do have a few incoming units that we are happy to reserve for you.
