The management is horrendous (Mark Girlich). He was avoiding my calls trying to sell a car I had put a deposit on. That is the point of the deposit, to keep the car you want until you can go in to pick avoiding my calls trying to sell a car I had put a deposit on. All I could hear was frantic screaming towards my salesman (which was the complete opposite of Jack.) He called me back AFTER he sold the car I put a deposit on. I love the service department at this dealer, sales management is complete crap. There is zero communication going on. Save your hard earned money and sanity and take it somewhere else where you are valued. No one deserves this type of treatment whatsoever. More

Staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. He explained to me what was going to be done and the time it would take. The time it took was reasonable and when the staff said my car was finished, he went over all the points of inspection and answered all my questions.
