By FAR the BEST dealership I have ever worked with. Every person there was kind and knowledgeable. I LOVE my Toyota Rav4 hybrid and they gave me a GREAT deal!!! The salesman, Edwin Cotto, was very helpful. He was not pushy and he was knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. The manager was - a manager (not friendly). The only issue I have is that a car I pushy and he was knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. The manager was - a manager (not friendly). The only issue I have is that a car I ordered that was supposed to take 2 days to deliver (confirmed by manager) took 10 days! Other than that, I had no issues with any other dept. I had contact with at this dealership. I recommend Edwin. More

I purchased my vehicle from Oak Lawn Toyota back in 2016 and that process went as expected when purchasing a vehicle. I recently brought my vehicle in for maintenance and when I walked into the office to ch and that process went as expected when purchasing a vehicle. I recently brought my vehicle in for maintenance and when I walked into the office to check in, there were 6 employees sitting around just talking amongst themselves, there were no other customers in the office so when I walked in, no one greeted me or offered to help me. I stood there for a minute and then said "so....anyone?!" and half the room started to "work". one guy started to pretend to type, another gentlemen started to look under the desk...clearly no one wanted to check me in. Thankfully one guy finally spoke up and said "how can I help you?". I was also told my vehicle had over $1000 worth of maintenance that needed to be done...thankfully I have someone to fix my vehicle without ripping me off. Its a shame that the sales department was great to work with and the service department completely turned me off. More
