He patiently answered all my questions. There is no pressure to make a quick decision. We feel we received a great price on the Highlander and John gave us a fair trade-in value on the Avalon. Dave in the finance dept. was also very helpful in explaining all the financial details and extended warranties so we could make informed decisions. Having been a previous customer, I had my 2007 Avalon serviced exclusively at Oak Lawn Toyota. Their service dept. is wonderful-I never had any issues. They are professional, honest, and give great customer service. I plan to continue with their services on my Highlander. Both Dave and Mark did a good job . Although my vehicle had the wrong interior , I ended up buying another one that had a sunroof , and we split the $1000 upgrade in order to complete the sale.
