I was very happy with the level of service I received from George Achter and Oak Lawn Toyota on my recent service visit. Although my vehicle's problem required two days of diagnostics to determine a coup from George Achter and Oak Lawn Toyota on my recent service visit. Although my vehicle's problem required two days of diagnostics to determine a couple of obscure and unusual wiring issues, George made sure I was kept informed of the progress. When he realized the problem would require a parts order and a few more days (because of the weekend) he arranged for a rental car that was paid for under the warranty. The car was finished on time and to my satisfaction. Great job! More

I received great service at Toyota of Oak Lawn. They took extra care to clean up the car and replace some parts that were not perfect. After finding out that "satellite ready" meant that the radio ne took extra care to clean up the car and replace some parts that were not perfect. I get my 3 toyota serviced here for 10 years, I bought a used 2007 lexus gx 470 for my wife 4 months ago, I asked him if I can have an oil change, if filter in stock, he said he has no way of servicing the used 2007 lexus gx 470 for my wife 4 months ago, I asked him if I can have an oil change, if filter in stock, he said he has no way of servicing the car. Once the contract was signed, Lou came back to answer more questions for us and to set up the Bluetooth system in the vehicle.
