I have bought my last 4 cars from Oak Lawn Toyota and Bob Spee. Bob listens to what I want and the reasons why. My Dodge Caliber wasn't cutting it any more so I decided to check out the car I had previously owned.....the Rav4. We unknowingly arrived at the dealership just before closing time and were immedia decided to check out the car I had previously owned.....the Rav4. We unknowingly arrived at the dealership just before closing time and were immediately greeted by Bob Spee. After a sit down in his office it was out to lot where he showed us nearly every Rav4 they had and explained in detail the differences in each one. It wasn't long before we found the one we wanted and took it for a test drive. After some none pressure haggling we decided to purchase at a price we liked. Bob was incredibly friendly and informative throughout the whole process. He took the time to make sure we were getting the exact car we wanted. Which, on a Friday, after closing time says a lot about his professionalism and character. After a week of owning the Rav4 I am more than happy with the purchase and extremely thankful that we had the fortune of having Bob Spee as a sales associate. Anyone in the market for a new.........go to Oak Lawn Toyota and ask for Bob. You won't be disappointed!!!!!!! More

I am a recent graduate from college and I needed a car because my old one had given out. I had no co signer and I figured that I could not get a car in my own name because I have lots of student loans and because my old one had given out. In addition, extras were thrown at me far into the sales process, like the rust proofing and gap coverage, and I think I would have liked more time to consider them or see how they affected my costs. I learned a lot. I would tell my friends that they need to do a lot of homework before they go to the dealer. More
