What started as a wonderful experience, turned out ending deceitful. We feel like they gained our trust and then got us to agree to purchase a "membership" and extended warranty that are both essentially non deceitful. We feel like they gained our trust and then got us to agree to purchase a "membership" and extended warranty that are both essentially noncancellable, even though we were told one was. It is so unfortunate that no one believes in straight forward honesty anymore. This dealership is ok, but just know the VIP membership does have a cost and any extra warranty you purchase can only be canceled if there is no lien on the car (so basically only if you pay cash can you cancel), which they do not disclose to you. More
