Chip at Oakes Kia made my car buying experience great. I have not had to buy a car since 2017, but unfortunately my car was totaled after the damage caused to it when it was stolen. Sold me a car and 3days later CEL came on. I informed the salesperson. Happened again took photo and sent to salesperson… checked oil…the oil wouldn't register on the dipstick while cold. There should be enough oil in the pan to at least wet the tip right? Have personal video showing this. Notified salesperson via text at 9am, after bringing car in and having it serviced without contact with salesperson I received a reply to the 9am notification at 12pm saying to let them know if there’s anything they can help with. Not even laughable. Then my pocket knife, a gift from Son’s gf, came up missing from the cabin after service. More
