I have a 2023 Hummer. I requested the service department to pick up the vehicle and give me a loaner car. I was told the vehicle would be picked up at 8:00 today. The driv I requested the service department to pick up the vehicle and give me a loaner car. I was told the vehicle would be picked up at 8:00 today. The driver called me at 7:30 and said he was on the way. I have been waiting for 2 hours and nobody has shown. I called and they told me they do not know why the driver has not shown and that there are no more loaner cars available. More
