Took my 2019 Tiguan in for an oil service. Service advisor Jacob was friendly and helpful and check in was effortless. That was the good part now to the bad. Notified it was ready for pick left dealership and on the way home check engine light and low oil indicator illuminated. Pulled over at nearest exit checked oil it was over one (1) quart low and barley registered on dip stick. I let vehicle sit for about ten minutes same results. I tried to call service department but no one answered. Turned around and limped back to dealer when I got there service department was closed so I asked for management Lucky Jacob hadn’t left yet he pulled car into service bay and came back a few minutes later apologizing for the tech mistake of under filling it with oil. First year apprentice mechanics don’t make mistakes like this. Bottom line this is completely unacceptable. What if any damage occurred to my engine due to the extremely low oil state? Is this VW new standard? Something needs to be done about this and I need to be made whole. This also needs to be annotated in the vehicle service records and I need to have a copy of it incase in the future I have premature engine failure. I normally leave 5 star ratings to this dealership, but not this time. I’m very skeptical about ever taking my vehicle there for service work again. More

Oklahoma City Volkswagen was a nice surprise in a time where most dealerships don’t seem to care about the customer because they know that they’ll sell the cars they have no matter what. Lauren Betz was v where most dealerships don’t seem to care about the customer because they know that they’ll sell the cars they have no matter what. Lauren Betz was very friendly, professional and made the buying experience easy. Management and the finance department didn’t try to add a bunch of unwanted products on the back end and signing was quick and easy. The dealership was nice and clean and I would recommend OKC VW to anyone looking for a new car. More
