I was visiting my daughter who lives in Olathe Ks, I have a Lexus rx350 and this dealer is 5 minutes from her house I know that about 50% of parts are interchangeable between toyota and lexus so I called and a Lexus rx350 and this dealer is 5 minutes from her house I know that about 50% of parts are interchangeable between toyota and lexus so I called and they said I could service the car there, the visit went pretty well they were organized efficient and fast. The problem was I drove there from Las Vegas Nv and was driving home about 1600 miles. After driving home I backed my car out of my garage and there was fresh oil on the floor I looked under the car and oil was dripping from the drain plug area, I called the Service Manager at Olathe Toyota and left him a message that oil was leaking and I was taking the car to The toyota dealer by my house, they inspected the car and found the drain plug was loose and the gasket was pinched. Ow i'm very upset I drove 1600 miles and could have blown my engine if all the oil leaked out. I left the Service Manager and additional message stating I wanted reimbursed for my oil change, I had to pay the dealer by my house who changed it again because they had to remove the drain plug to repair the leak. Have yet to hear from the manager since i left my last message. More

I went to the lot looking for a Tacoma and ultimately left with a Tundra. My sales guy Gevon was great. He made me feel like a person rather than just a sale. Great place to go without mark ups and gimmicks to purchase a new Toyota. This is especially true with a lot of dealerships putting in so many restrictions due to vehicle scarcity. He is rudest sales associate I have ever met. I went to the dealership to buy a new Toyota Sienna and Trade in my old vehicle the moment I entered the parking lot I saw him standing outside the b I went to the dealership to buy a new Toyota Sienna and Trade in my old vehicle the moment I entered the parking lot I saw him standing outside the building I thought he is there to greet the customers when I stepped out of my car and moving towards the entrance he started staring at me and giving this condescending look i ignored and tried to enter the building but he stopped me outside and started asking all sort of questions, I thought maybe its a part of new process they are following so I went with the flow I told him about my visit and he was like there is a waiting of 9 months for the new car then I asked him If he can check my car to give a trade in value he said he wont check the vehicle unless I sell it that day again I have requested him to give a rough estimate he asked a couple of questions about the vehicle and asked me how my I am expecting for the vehicle I said I have no idea and requested him to give a ball park estimate he got mad at me and said he cannot give an estimate with out know my expectations, I was like this is your job help the customer not scrutinize them. Anyway I have complained about him to his Managers who were friendly and supportive. but the other sales associates who were friends of his waited out side like a mob and started laughing at me on my way out. I felt humiliated and though maybe its because of my race they acted like this. More

Service department is terrible. Wife brought her car in for a recall on he air bag in Jan 2021. Immediately the horn want working and the air bag light was coming on. This is around the time I was diagnosed with cancer so I was keeping her busy taking me to doctors appointments, treatments, and visiting need in the hospital so she didn't bring it back. Brought it back today and they called and asked who had worked on it (only them). Then a few hours later they quote $1000 to repair it. I called Steve, service manager, giving them a chance but he said “there is nothing he can do”. Not the way to treat people…. Even if they weren’t diagnosed with cancer. More
