Called for an appointment because sensor light came on and I wanted my console between the driver & passenger fixed. The Rep said to bring in for diagnostic.. If they found the problem and I don’t let t and I wanted my console between the driver & passenger fixed. The Rep said to bring in for diagnostic.. If they found the problem and I don’t let them fix it, it would cost me $104.00. If they fix, that cost would go away. Brought the car in and was sent home in a Uber. They kept car overnight. I said this is unexpected so what do I do for transportation. He told me to get a rental. Next day I was called to come in f results. The Rep kept saying it’s the engine light and gave me a list of things that I needed to have fixed…from $1200.00 to around $3000. I told him I was not able pay for listed items and none of them were really needed. He gave me my receipt and never mentioned the cost for the diagnosis. The manual states the sensor light could be a minor to major problem, but Rep kept saying, before the diagnosis, that it was all about the engine, which I felt he was trying to create fear in me. It was just a very uncomfortable experience. Big attitude! More
Loved this dealer, I was helped by Kelile (sales) Jesse (financing) basically my 1st time financing a vehicle (normally a cash buyer) and although Im a banker, I felt I had no true clue of what I was doing (financing) basically my 1st time financing a vehicle (normally a cash buyer) and although Im a banker, I felt I had no true clue of what I was doing. I had a horrible experience at another dealer the day prior to visiting Orange Buick GMC but these two guys made me forget all about that, they listened to my needs & did not apply any pressure what so ever. The experience was pleasant and most of all very efficient. I wanted for nothing and I luv my new car. Thanx guys More
