I have enjoyed buying my last two cars from Orange Buick. My salesman is the best at getting me what I want and keeping my price affordable. Getting into the shop for oil changes had been a breeze. The process was easy (for my first time & because I took my dad who was very knowledgeable). Ended up going through my bank to finance the car because their banks offer was way way over what I had in mind. Marrisa helped me through the process, she was very friendly and had good information for me. Mike was the financial guy and was nice as well. Marissa and Mike were pretty honest and not shady, giving me the information they were working with.. Of course I had the usual *bumps* in the road as though a car dealership will be a car dealership and try to sell to sell you a car. But i’m happy with my purchase so far! They worked with me a on the pricing a little (which was nice of them considering it’s As Is) but of course it is an as is dealership so not much room for negotiating. A few minor things that I felt could’ve been done better but nothing major at all. They only had a short history for the cars service dates (service they did themselves) but my bank ended up sending me the free report themselves. They had just put new tires and did an oil change so that was good. Took the vehicle to my mechanic the same day I purchased it to be sure of no underlying issues and he said the car was in good shape, well taken care of, and pretty much nothing wrong with it (besides minor cosmetics and comfort features). Told him the price they were initially charging before they dropped the price and he said it was the appropriate price considering the condition of the vehicle so I was happy to hear that! I am very much in love with the vehicle and would recommend shopping there. Just make sure to go in with someone who knows a decent amount about cars and the process of buying one (reasonable interest rates, things to look for when doing a general inspection when viewing car and etc). And be sure to be firm in what you want and don’t want (what you’re willing to pay and etc). Depending on the car you want/choose and it’s condition and your personal checklist (budget, credit, history) your experience may be different but as long as you do your research on the vehicle prior, the process shouldn’t be too bad! Ask lots of questions. More
