I received a warm greeting upon my arrival from a young man who promptly found the service technician who confirmed my appointment and the service that my car needed. Upon my request to speak with him first, the tech came into the lounge to explain the reasons for the recommendations and we agreed that because of the low mileage, I would allow the work to be done when I returned for a routine oil change. When I received notification that my car was ready, I went outside with plans to use a discount coupon that I had received in the mail to get a $15 discount. But much to my surprise, he had already applied the discount to reduce the balance due. More
