David was very helpful, but the experience was the worst one I have had at this location. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. It took an hour just for my vehicle to be checked in. It to one I have had at this location. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. It took an hour just for my vehicle to be checked in. It took another 40 minutes before I went and asked about it for them to actually start the inspection. I went for a regular oil change. I have never had to wait over two hours for this at this location. I was definitely disappointed. More
