I’ve been brining my vehicle and waiting for it for 13yrs. It’s a Saturday appointment at 10:49am and shouldn’t be no different from during the week. Normally I’m greeted. There was no one outside except a worker sitting at the small desk on his phone. I waited 5 min before being acknowledged. Entered the office area and no Service advisor. Once the service adviser came there was no good afternoon no eye to eye or facial expression. However, she was quick to tell me at 19:40am that they close at 4pm. I proceeded to the executive lounge and waited 2hrs with no update. So I approached the front desk and was told my vehicle hadn’t been seen yet. It wasn’t until 2:18pm that my service tech was going to the restroom and saw me in the lounge. She didn’t go to the restroom but instead turned around and came back and said the technician didn’t send my paperwork yet. Now at 3:20pm she comes and states no parts and I have to bring my car back and leave it. So all I got was an oil change because once again I was reminded you close at 4pm. I would have given a zero rating but that was not an option. Service department wanted to charge me $360 plus for a part that should have never broken (gas cap cover that cost $68). The vehicle is only option. Service department wanted to charge me $360 plus for a part that should have never broken (gas cap cover that cost $68). The vehicle is only 3 years old. There was no reasoning with the service manager so I took the part to another auto shop that only charged $80 for labor and it only took 10 minutes. I will NEVER return to this place again especially when I can get the job done for much less elsewhere. More
