Was told an inspection was done on the car during the Sales process. I was told there was no issues or signs of problems. I bought the car...less then a week later the check engine light came on. Then th Sales process. I was told there was no issues or signs of problems. I bought the car...less then a week later the check engine light came on. Then they quoted me $1600 to fix it. They said I needed to replace the cataylac converter and gaskets, clean the second converter and replace the cabin filter. I informed them I just bought the car last week from then....service rep comes back saying they will fix the catalytic converter abs replace the gaskets. They looked at the filter Wrong and it was brand new. But they still recommended I paid $139 to clean the other converter. I Said i won’t pay since I just bought the car but I want it fixed. Long story short they didn’t clean the other converter and put I refuse service. Also I refused service on the filter they said was brand new. Service rep got mad with me when I said they were responsible for all. I asked how did they do the same inspection last week and nothing was found abs now 6 days later check engine light is on and I have all these issues. He said it’s just something that can happen over night. My family owns their own auto mechanic shop for. 40 years and informed me it isn’t how it works for catalytic converters they would of saw the issues the week prior. And could of easily disclosed of it. I went to a 3rd party who said the same thing. I feel like they covered the issues with the converter and was trying to get extra money to fix that and the new filter before I started asking questions. Will be filling out a complaint with the BBB. Interaction with sales team was amazing....no complaints. After dealing with the service department and then blaming sales and saying they will Bill the Sales department for fixing my car makes me feel like idk what to think overall. They made me sign a form and he started it was so they will be billed. Wish I didn’t need to go get service here because it completely ruined my experience. More
I trust the people in this dealership to do what is right for my car and my budget. I went in twice for a leaky tire. It was filled with air the first time without delay. Brought Buick Encore in for 30,000 mile maintenance. Car had no issues when I brought it in. Required 2 appointments since 1st was so long and then new issues occurred. Wiper blades replaced and now intermi had no issues when I brought it in. Required 2 appointments since 1st was so long and then new issues occurred. Wiper blades replaced and now intermittents don’t work and back wiper doesn’t touch window. Tires balanced and now every once in awhile car shakes when braking and sometimes makes weird clunking noise underneath. Some type of deodorizer/ cleaner was used on lines and now every once in awhile car smells really bad. AC doesn’t work unless car is moving so while at stop lights & drive thrus it doesn’t work - only the fan works. 2nd appointment I was told the battery died and had to be replaced. I have NEVER had an issue starting it. More

Took car in for warranty work. Was greeted quickly by Jen and kept informed of status.
