Poor experience overall. I returned to pick up a missing cover and have my heater fixed because it stopped work after they fixed my A/C. They didn’t have the cover in stock and I was waiting for 8 hours. A time expectation wasn’t set and I wasted a solid day waiting for them to fix my car when they made it sound like it would only be a couple hours. Additionally, I called to get a status and they said the advisor wasn’t available. I waited another hour and a half for follow up before I went straight to his station and asked him what was going on with my truck. I was supposed to receive a follow up about the cover but they never called. Never again and I would encourage you to look into a different dealership and service department. More

Waited 1 hour and 45 mins for an oil change and tire rotation. I could see my car was done and sitting in the parking lot for 15+ mins, but never notified it was ready. Got overcharged for the vehicle we bought from its regular pricing by $4,000. As well as things being added to it/charges that we weren’t told about.
