This was the buying experience from xxxx! Let me explain, we had been to a number of dealerships around the Wasatch front for a few days looking for a vehicle for my daughter. The salesmen Let me explain, we had been to a number of dealerships around the Wasatch front for a few days looking for a vehicle for my daughter. The salesmen at these dealerships would come running to our vehicle before we even stopped (very annoying). Their first question was, who is the vehicle for, will you be paying cash, will you finance yourself or will we finance. I said let’s just look at the cars first if that is OK. I will never purchase a vehicle from a dealer like that. We arrived at Brett Brown and spent about 15-minutes just walking around looking at the cars, this was nice. Then Lane Brown the salesman asked if he could help us, we were interested in a couple of cars, he grabbed the keys and we we were off. There wasn’t 50-questions about financing, this was very refreshing. Lane gets the 110% award in all aspects of the sale, he was awesome. Then comes the Financing Department from xxxx. I was paying cash so financing should be straight forward and fast, right? NO! The financial dude turned into a salesman and drug me painfully thru each and every additional extended warranty that i could get for the car. You know, tires, wipers, dents, computers, mechanical, glass, seats, i told him stop and get to the point no less that three times, but he just kept dragging us thru the mud for over an hour and a half, it was ridiculous. I was very direct and threatened to leave three times without the car (if the car was for me i would have already left). My wife would stop me and say just finish this, i was furious by this point and the finance guy would just start back in with his extended warranty charts and graphs again, he would not stop. I finally said i don’t want any extended warranties at all lets move ON. I realise that this dude gets a commission by selling extended warranties, but give me a break, i would have probably purchased some if he didn’t take two hours to explain it to me. He needs to get to the point and “GET A FEEL OF WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS” and not what he wants to shove in their face. Bottom line, you seem to have a good sales staff that takes care of the customers needs but your financial department needs an overhaul. Would i purchase from Brett Brown again? Not unless there are some serious changes in the financial department. More

Service department did a great job with the lift, tires, wheels, tint, clear bra, and blacked out emblems. The detail on the car wasn't that great, there were crumbs and smudges in a few places. When I picked up my original set of tires, they didn't wrap them like they told me they would. They just threw them in (dirty and all) into my brand new car which scuffed the side paneling and got the back seats all dirty. More
