My advisor was just trying to upswell using the messaging system and the scare tactic of seeing a failure with recommended service. He provided a poor customer experience. The only highlight of my experience were the shuttle drivers who had good demeanors and helped get me to or from the dealership. If you were charged my hourly rate for the time wasted and lost in the waiting room and using public transit to get to the dealership the next day my bill would have been a 1/3 of the cost I paid out of pocket. Never again will I go to Brent Brown Service or Toyota and I’ll be sure to send anyone who asks elsewhere. More

We were in search of a used Sequoia and all parties associated was very helpful. Since we were from out of state and wanted to verify there wasn't any rust they got it on the lift and took pictures for associated was very helpful.
