The experience was great. We had 2 trade ins and they made it super simple to get into / reserve our new vehicle. We bought a used car that was supposed to have been checked by on site mechanics. After we purchased our car, there were 2 broken headlights, bad rotors which shook the whole car. We brought it in and checked by on site mechanics. After we purchased our car, there were 2 broken headlights, bad rotors which shook the whole car. We brought it in and your facility agreed to fix the rotors. We think they smoothed out the rotors and didn’t replace them. I am wondering how this car passed a safety inspection. We will not be recommending this dealership, and will not buy from you again. More
