What a great experience!It all started when I was doing a little homework of my own about trading in my previous vehicle and purchasing my new Highlander. Mikayla Shelley was great to work with. When I arrived at the Brent Brown dealership I wasn't expecting to drive home with a new vehicle that day. My husband and I walked around the lot looking at vehicles and Ismael Flores approached us and answered all of our questions and wasn't over bearing or self centered at all. He was the perfect sales man for us! He even let us take a vehicle out for a test drive to make sure it was the right fit for our needs. We were out of there before lunch.
