I really don’t want to have to leave bad reviews and what not but my experience at the end wasn’t good. During the process was fine but I feel lied to and I get the sales person can’t know everything about e not but my experience at the end wasn’t good. Treated very well echa Uc failed put battery in without leaving parts on engine. Mala I tried yo make up for it with future discounts. While the service at Brent Brown has been great, Toyota has been extremely disappointing. We purchased the 2021 Sienna Hybrid AWD and the accessories are misleading. Why in the world would they make an AWD has been extremely disappointing. We purchased the 2021 Sienna Hybrid AWD and the accessories are misleading. Why in the world would they make an AWD Sienna without roof rails ($1500 add on) as an accessory and with only a 1 1/4 hitch. Toyota didn't give any of this information to Brent Brown when the vans launched. We purchased one van then realized it was missing all the accessories our sales guy thought it would have. We then took it back and bought a second model with roof rails. It was missing the hitch but Toyota promised it was coming. When it came it was the 1 1/4 hitch. The website doesn't specify size! As a long time Toyota owner I've never seen a larger toyota vehicle without a 2" hitch. Being an outdoorsy family in Utah these features are crucial for a family of 5 that bikes and skis. Incredibly disappointing experience with Toyota which unfortunately puts Brent Brown in the middle. I even tried to called Toyota directly but they told me all accessoires info has to come from the dealership More
I normally do not like coming to the dealer. I've been disappointed by the service. However, this last time for a factory recall was excellent and it was because Joel communicates very well what to expect disappointed by the service. My 2019 RAV4 clearly has a problem and every mechanic agrees but your staff that took it for a test drive said that the clearly audible noise was normal. It's still not fixed so when I bring it in for its factory recall, Joel said he would personally take care of the test drive which I appreciated. This may matter to you guys because the $100K I spent with Toyota this year was spent elsewhere specifically because of the initial poor test drive. More
