The salesman were great. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment, checked in was quoted an hour for an oil change and tire rotation that’s with an appointment. Felt that was a little long but it is what it is. An hour and 2 in was quoted an hour for an oil change and tire rotation that’s with an appointment. Felt that was a little long but it is what it is. An hour and 20 minutes past to check on my truck. Apparently they put me under an employees name that wasn’t working that day. So I was forgotten about and was sitting there with name never being called nor informed that my service was completed. I waited around finally got someone to check on my truck. I spoke with the service manager that said to me no joking “what’s up” 3 times before I could get a word out. I was treated like a punk kid and he was too busy to take a 2 minute conversation. Terrible behavior on his part. More
