I came to the service department on 10/11/21 for routine maintenance. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance as they told me they no longer except walkins as an effort to reduce wait times. When I arr maintenance. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance as they told me they no longer except walkins as an effort to reduce wait times. When I arrived I was told my wait time would be 1 hour. I ended up waiting for 2 hours on this day for an oil change and tire rotation! I honestly could perform these services in my driveway in under an hour! I am speaking from experience as I worked for several years in a tire shop doing oil changes and tire services. If you don’t mind waiting for 2 hours, or if you can drop your vehicle off for the day and pick it up later, as I don’t have the option of doing because I live a long distance away from the dealership, then disregard this review. I don’t blame my service advisor for this issue, and not sure what the problem is to cause this type of wait time for such a simple service? More
