I was able to accomplish what needed to be done but there were several communication issues along the way. I mentioned that I just changed my engine oil filter and then it was suggested that I change it. I w were several communication issues along the way. I was told to bring my loaner back to the loaner building, but my car was never brought there when it was finished with service and the next day I was asked if I'd like to schedule an oil change because I was due. All in all, everyone was very nice - just seemed like communication was lacking. More
