I had driven to the dealership from where I live, which is 40 minutes away, just to get there and be told that my service appointment was for the following Thursday, not the day I came in when I was told e is 40 minutes away, just to get there and be told that my service appointment was for the following Thursday, not the day I came in when I was told earlier that week on the phone to come in on Thursday, I asked if they could still perform my appointment if I agreed to take no loaner vehicle for the day since I drove all the way there, they proceeded to tell me their recall machine had been down for three days and they couldn't do anything for me. I came back in the following week for service, I missed other schedule appointments I had for the day because no one had forewarned me that you have to get shuttled to a different building to pick up the the loaner vehicle, and they did not have the paperwork straight when I got there ....when I picked my car up once the service was completed they did not charge my car for me or clean it, or put my new registration sticker on the windshield as I asked. It was still just sitting on the dash. I requested that someone reach out to me to talk about my experience. It's 4 o'clock the next day and still no one has called or cared. More
