Donald, I had a chance to look at your invoice. You were not charged for diagnostics. I also saw that you wanted to get a radiator flush but it is unclear if you wanted that service done at no charge, which is what our service advisor was referring to and could not accommodate. I think there was a miscommunication on our part and I apologize for that. If you would like to schedule that radiator flush please let us know and we can gladly schedule that service for you no problem.
