We corrected the issue with the charge for your oil change as we accidentally overlooked the maintenance package you purchased and did reimburse you as soon as you brought it to our attention. To clarify- your response was not prompt and it took me two weeks to get a refund. Although I was promised that people would get back to me - I was the one that had to follow up each and every time. I do want to say that typically I have had such great service from your group that it was very disappointing when this did take longer to get resolved and with no original response. You did ask me to rate the service, I will continue to come to you because I think that overall you do a great job
