So happy to be able to use my touch screen My Touch screen stopped working, Was afraid it would be a large expense. Bill gave me the option to replace the touch screen. It was ordered but I didn't get the notification it was in. Not sure how they notified me. Once I called to see if it was in I was advised it was sent back. A few days later I called again and made an appointment for the following week. It was back at the dealership on the day of my appointment and installed. Thank you for helping me resolve my problem. I am very proficient with technology, and know I completed the appointment online, but it never got there. Bill McLean was awesome, as he always is whenever I have gone there for service. More

I’m on a first-name basis with everyone & feel respected by everyone, especially Bill McLean who answers all my detailed questions & is patient when dealing with my ”extreme attention to detail.”. I know I pay a little more having work done at the dealership but it’s worth it. They’ve never steered me wrong or tried to sell me a repair I didn’t need. I trust them.
