We had our beloved old Saturn Vue in for service/annual inspection on Wednesday, Aug 9th. As I waited in the customer lounge Bill McLean, our long-time service guy, approached me. He asked me to follow h inspection on Wednesday, Aug 9th. As I waited in the customer lounge Bill McLean, our long-time service guy, approached me. He asked me to follow him into the service area where our technician waited beside the car, which was up on the lift. Then Bill delivered the somber news that they could not, for the sake of safety, pass our car. The technician pointed out the reason for this: major rusting and rot holes through the subframe just below the engine. Then Bill compassionately explained the worse news - that the problem was not safely correctable at any cost, and that we would have to say good-bye to the old girl. This was hard news for us to process on several levels, but Bill could not have been more patient, professional and empathetic about our plight. Bill McLean is a service manager of the highest caliber, and we appreciate him greatly. Thank you Bill, and Otto Cadillac for putting our lives and public safety first, and delivering unpleasant but necessary news in such a caring and professional manner. More

Had issues with my car for over a year. It broke down 3 times. Has been to their shop at least 7 times. The same issue came back. I brought it in and they said nothing was wrong, charge It broke down 3 times. Has been to their shop at least 7 times. The same issue came back. I brought it in and they said nothing was wrong, charged my a diag fee after seeing the check engine light. Car does have a warranty. Check engine light came back on 2 days later. I am incentivized to break down in hopes they will cover it instead of getting my car fixed prior More
