I have been dealing with Pacific BMW staff since I bought my vehicle in 2019. I am impressed with the personal attention I have been given and great services I have been provided with. I get notifications ev my vehicle in 2019. I am impressed with the personal attention I have been given and great services I have been provided with. I get notifications every time my car needed a service. I have been able to get a loaner without any difficulty whenever I needed one. I am glad that I have had pleasant experience dealing with service manager especially, Mr. Gilbert Pogosyan. The staff is very friendly, professional and courteous and wouldn’t mind visiting the shop whenever my car needs servicing. I appreciate all the help I have been able to get from Pacific BMW. Took my car in for a battery replacement and that’s exactly what they did. In my last experience with other BMW dealers, they try to up sell and u simply don’t like that.
