I took my car to Pacific BMW, because I have an issue with battery,I was getting message increased battery discharge. I was told,that the issue can solved ,if the aftermarket battery will replaced to or with battery,I was getting message increased battery discharge. I was told,that the issue can solved ,if the aftermarket battery will replaced to original battery, the battery was replaced, but still issue isn't solved,still there is a same message,increased creased battery discharge. The person, who was in charge told me some nonsense reasons,why the issue isn't solved, like some touched the wires on I strumenr cluster, also there is some after market part on diagnose plug. No initial diagnos was run,to explain me why there is an issue. I didn't get any answers. Instead I was told,that to run diagnose costs around $1000. I already spent $1000 and my issue wasn't solved. That's a terrible customer service. More
