I took my x3 for a tire puncture. To my surprise, the greeter told me the only way to assist me was with an appointment?? For a tire puncture? I ended up getting the the tire replaced thanks to the help greeter told me the only way to assist me was with an appointment?? For a tire puncture? The the staff at the dealership is very attentive to the customer and generally provide useful information. However, everything took inordinate amounts of time. After the test drive and I told the salesma customer and generally provide useful information. However, everything took inordinate amounts of time. After the test drive and I told the salesman that I wanted to buy the car it took almost 2 1/2 hours to conclude the work and step into my car. This 2 1/2 hours was time at the dealership and does not include the time I spent going to the bank to get a cashiers check. The dealership had no more than 3 or 4 customers during this time so it was not that sales and financing staff were overwhelmed by customers. It is hard to imagine why every step of the process from getting a firm purchase price, to getting paperwork for getting credit report to getting the final contract to so much time. More
