Claimed to be busy when they had no clients once I visited without a notice. Mind that being busy was their reason to delay their response to me as their client. Did not have basic items in stock to replace in timely manner. Gave wrong case number to me to check with insurance and to top it all off called me the wrong name and blamed it on being “busy”. Service crew leave work apparently by 4:45 when service is open until 7pm as advertised. More

I went to 4 dealerships to find a new car and the only person who would help me is Rene from Pacific BMW. I went to the Benz dealer next door, Benz dealer in Van Nuys, and Rusnak Benz in Arcadia because I person who would help me is Rene from Pacific BMW. I went to the Benz dealer next door, Benz dealer in Van Nuys, and Rusnak Benz in Arcadia because I already had a 320i that I didn’t particularly enjoy and wanted something new. I decided to pop into Pacific just to see what I could get. When I gave everyone my budget, the Benz dealer just kind of laughed me off or tried to force me into something I didn’t want and that didn’t suit my needs. But Rene was the only one to put his thinking cap on and brainstorm some creative solutions for me. He kept in contact with me for a month until we found the right car at the right price. Pacific Bmw made everything super easy for me. For someone who doesn’t know much about cars.
