I received 6 texts reminding me about my loaner information needed at 6 AM on Sunday. I uploaded all my information when I arrived on Monday morning I was told that there was a glitch and I need to information needed at 6 AM on Sunday. I uploaded all my information when I arrived on Monday morning I was told that there was a glitch and I need to email everything again! when I insisted to check again I was told oh yeh it's there. It will be nice to check things before asking for me to put my personal information all over the place. When I came back with the dealer loaner car the person by the desk said "What do you want?" I said dropping off the car and picking up my car, he said "let me have your keys Sir" I have long red hair and clearly even with a mask I am a woman! then he took the key away and was surprised that I couldn't drive away since the car doesn't work without a key! then he never mentioned that I need to speak to the person to finish my paperwork (I had paid online already) after I stood there in the cold for a good 15 min a very nice person asked if I needed anything when I explained she went and spoke to the person and I got everything taken care of by Galo Mora who was very nice. The person who greeds the customer needs to be polite and know what they are doing! More
