When I purchased my 2018 x5e.. I was told when I had service I would get an equal or high value car rental.. hasn’t happened yet. I let them know each time and I get sane answer... next time we will do service I would get an equal or high value car rental.. hasn’t happened yet. Extremely satisfied with the customer service provided by the Pacific BMW team. I purchased a CPO X6 in near excellent condition with the exception of a few nicks on the hood of the car which they said they the Pacific BMW team.
