Did not need the service - waste of money Couldn't get a straight answer on the cost for the service. The car was programmed to signal service - I assume from the North Hollywood dealer from Couldn't get a straight answer on the cost for the service. The car was programmed to signal service - I assume from the North Hollywood dealer from where I bought the car. I asked the woman with whom I made the appt what the service was for but she kept saying until they key it in the car, no one knows. And yet when I spoke with Marco he immediately said $165. For what? The answer was 'we don't know until we look at the car." There is nothing wrong with the car. At all. Which I knew because I can look at what the computer tells me. You need to communicate better. I've barely driven the car since the oil change in January because of COVID. I'm under stay at home orders because of my age. My best choice was to use the valet service -- nice guy -- but this process was a waste of money AND it put me at risk. More
