Service was good. Communication and timing to drop off my loaner and pick up my vehicle could be better. Service advisor is hard to get a hold of and no one else will give me info if my car is ready for pick loaner and pick up my vehicle could be better. I buy a lot of vehicles and normally I encounter horrible service trying to buy via phone or internet. My experience was the complete opposite at Pacific. Frank was more than happy to answer all my questions via text, phone and internet. Enough so that I finally came in after 2 days. Once there the process went so smoothly. Even his Mgr. Thomas followed suit and also made me feel welcome and remained professional too. The finance Mgr. Gary explained all my options without being overly aggressive like most F&I guys are typically. Bottom line this place has a great like home feel with a bunch of happy employees and you can tell it's family owned and doesn't have that terrible Corporate store feel where everyone is unhappy due to constant compensation plan changes, and the sales staff takes it out on the customer. I'll definitely be back here for my next BMW in a couple of years. More

I felt safe bringing my car in, and I got an awesome loaner while they were working on the car. The signing of documents was also all online and super easy. While they had the car, they sent me a video summarizing what was done, and then they texted me that my car was ready to picked up earlier than expected. Great customer service and speed!
