The service department was the worst they seemed uninterested in finding out what was wrong with my car on two separate occasions. The second time I provided video evidence and still this dealer cla uninterested in finding out what was wrong with my car on two separate occasions. The second time I provided video evidence and still this dealer claimed they could not duplicate the issue after having the care for more than 1 week. The other issue is that they quoted me nearly 2k on recalibrating a sensor. I decided to take this to a different dealer as Pacific seemed incapable and Center BMW was able to identify the issue after only having the car for 4 hrs and they fixed it with no problems in addition the same repair they quoted me 1k.
