Okay but not great During my first appointment I had to wait over 15 minutes to be seen although i had an appointment. During my second visit I had to get a rental and none of the employees or services people who saw me carrying a large car seat and stroller offered to help me to the loaner vehicle . There were several men standing around. Not one employee assisted me. I have been to other service centers where the customer service and common decency amongst the employees were greater. I did have 1 positive experiences when I returned the loaner and had to unload the large car seat from the vehicle again, one Armenian gentleman saw me trying to get into the car and gave me hand. Great Service Everyone was very professional and courteous. From the moment I dropped off my car and picked it up the next morning. I really like how they send you a video of the inspection of your car. The service area was clean and everyone I came in contact with was welcoming. They are obviously very popular as they have four service lanes and it was getting a little backed up. Most likely because it was right before Thanksgiving. But the staff was professional and did everything they could to get people through as soon as possible. Danny was great. It was my first time there and I would absolutley come back and ask for him again. I had my 18 mo granddaughter with me and she had fallen asleep in the car. They let me stay in the car until the very last minute and helped me switch over her car seat into the loaner (they didn't install it, legal issue) but the assistance was appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend coming here. More

The service was fine, would not recommend the body shop Overall I am satisfied with the service. I feel communication could be better. While I had my car in for service I requested an estimate for the damage to my bumper. It took a long time to get the estimate. I received the estimate when I arrived to pick up my car. I had already received an estimate from Seidners. The estimate I received from Pacific BMW was over 110% higher than the estimate I previously received. I certainly would not recommend anyone get body work performed at Pacific BMW based on the disproportionate estimate I received. More
