Gas leak after car service I brought my car in for a warrantied fuel pump/control module replacement. I picked up the car and filled a full tank of gas the following day and went home. Several hours later I noticed a significant amount of gas leaking over my brand new paved driveway. I had to push the car into the street and have it towed back to pacific BMW. The gas smell is still on my driveway and I’m not sure if it’s going to permanently stain it at this point. Definitely a very serious safety hazard to release a car with such a severe gas leak. It could have easily caught fire as I was driving. More

Great initially. Poor delivery Process around looking at cars and negotiating was great I had a 10a appt to pick up the car. The paperwork wasnt ready so I had to wait an hour to start the paperwork. The entire process took almost 2 hours. I had to wait, after the paperwork, for the loaner car to be ready, as the leased car had a scratch and needed to be repaired At no point did anyone take the time to explain the features of the car to me. Volvo explained the car in detail to me when I leased that car. Now I have the car I leased but have only one key. Awaiting delivery of a second key. Marco was great but not so happy with the loaner I had a great experience with my service rep. Marco was fast, efficient and friendly and service was done in a timely manner so I do recommend this place for your service. I didn't have a good experience with the loaner vehicle. I dropped off my car at the service center with Marco who took care of my fast and easy. I waited about 15 minutes for my loaner to be ready and after they got all the signatures from me the gave me the key. That is when the disappointment kicked in. I looked at the paperwork which indicated the fuel level to be half full but the car was actually quarter full. I also looked at the milage reading which was written two miles less than what it was in the car so I took a picture for my record. I spend over $80,000 to purchase my car and this kind of cheap behavior does not feel right specially from a luxury car dealership. How much a quarter of a gallon gas really cost even in the most expensive gas station. It is not that hard to read the gas gouge or the milage so I can't say that they made a mistake. Any way I just wanted to let you know how I felt about the whole situation but this has no reflection on Marco who was truly great. More
