I had a little anxiety coming in, but Charles did not try to pressure or sale me anything unrealistic. I knew what I wanted & he made sure it was what I got. The process was quick, the entire staff was superfriendly, the atmosphere was clean. Oh, & the WHEEL, loved it (I won a TV) & that change made the experience much more pleasurable. The rates were great & the prices were good. Coming from Long Island NY, Mike worked with me to hold the car until the w I found the perfect used Mustang on AutoTrader and gave them a quick call. Coming from Long Island NY, Mike worked with me to hold the car until the weekend and got all the interstate transaction paperwork ready for my arrival. The morning I showed up the car was detailed, and ready to go! all I had to do was pay and sign the usual paperwork. The price I locked in online was very fair considering the blue book value and the rare set of options found in that particular model. There were about $500 in fees for paperwork, registration, title etc. which is isn't too bad for an actual Ford Dealer, and it saved me the hassle of the dreaded NY DMV office. The facility was very nice, clean, coffee fresh pretzels, everyone had a smile on their face and made the overall experience very positive and smooth. I left with my dream car since I was 14 and a Huge Smile on my face! Thank You Pacifico Ford! More
