Tire Warranty Service Hit a typical city of Philadelphia pothole and it blew one tire and ruined the other. I had my vehicle towed to Pacifico for new tires and service. Hit a typical city of Philadelphia pothole and it blew one tire and ruined the other. I had my vehicle towed to Pacifico for new tires and service. I had a warranty for the tires and Chris Wentz took care of making sure it was all covered. Chris found time in his busy schedule to make sure my car was done in time for me to pick up in the afternoon and get my kids from school. I have had my car there 3 other times for normal service or inspection and this was the first emergency. The entire staff is nothing but helpful. More

Absolutely perfect! When I first arrived at Pacifico I was already jaded about car dealerships and their staff. The reason for this is before I decided to try Pacifico I When I first arrived at Pacifico I was already jaded about car dealerships and their staff. The reason for this is before I decided to try Pacifico I was at two other dealerships and the experience at those dealerships was absolutely horrible. Then I get to Pacifico and within five minutes of browsing their inventory I see Darren Saunders walking towards me. I will admit at first I was a little guarded because I my prior experiences at the other dealerships. But Darren was an absolute marvel at his job. He made me feel so comfortable viewing the inventory and also through the whole car buying process. I have already recommended Darren Saunders to a few of my friends who are in the market for a car.
