Awesome I live across the bridge in New Jersey but gave Pacifico a chance because of a friend's recommendation. It was worth the money in tolls. This was my f I live across the bridge in New Jersey but gave Pacifico a chance because of a friend's recommendation. It was worth the money in tolls. This was my first experience leasing a car from a dealer and was pretty nervous and unsure. But Tito Bryson took the time to educate me on each and every step of the process. He showed me only the car that I was quoted over the phone and didn't try to push me into anything more expensive that i didn't need. Wasn't much haggling because he was very upfront and straight with everything. He worked to give me the best price possible and even worked with my schedule to not keep me at the dealer longer than I had to because I had a previous engagement (Even allowed me to take my new car home for the night and return the next day to finish the deal.) We got to a fair price and everything was thoroughly explained. Manager Chad Gilbert even took the time to personally come thank me for coming in and talk a bit. When I finally signed on the dotted line it was Financial Manager Nick Mess that I dealt with and he was fantastic. Again thoroughly explained everything. Offered me Add-On Plans but didn't push them on me. I declined them but I may add them later on thanks to his thorough explanations. What I enjoyed most about this dealership is that I never felt like a mark. All the staff was more interested in saying hi and getting to know me and making me feel comfortable more than they were interested in selling me the car. They make you feel like a friend right off the bat. Even in those long moments of the process where there's nothing to do but wait, they make you feel comfortable. Couches, TV, Water, Coffee, Pretzels, whatever you need. I was shown the same courtesy by the sales staff that WASN'T working on my deal as much as the staff that was. I wanna personally thank Tito, Chad, And Nick for their personal help with getting me into a car that i'm very satisfied with as well as the rest of the staff of Pacifico. I look forward to returning for my service. PS: I spun the wheel and won a 50 inch TV! If that doesn't cap off a great first experience i don't know what will. More
