Excellent customer service! Sean Mellon is AWESOME! I took my 2010 Ford explorer in for service. I explained to Sean the problems that I was having. I was losing power, my truck Sean Mellon is AWESOME! I took my 2010 Ford explorer in for service. I explained to Sean the problems that I was having. I was losing power, my truck driving sluggish..i needed a new water pump. Sean took the time to explain everything and assured me that he would get my truck fix and running like new. Not only did he get it fix, but unbeknownst to me. The water pump was covered under my extended warranty plan! He has taken the time to walk me through all the details of what the issues have been with my vehicle and his recommended solutions have been spot on.
